Propertiso Business Listing Terms of Service

Welcome to Propertiso.com, a global real estate directory connecting people with real estate professionals worldwide. These Terms of Service govern the use of paid business listings on the Propertiso platform by companies, agencies, and professionals. By purchasing or submitting a listing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Service

Propertiso provides an online directory where real estate-related businesses can create a public, informational company profile. A listing is designed to present company details and increase visibility within the directory. Propertiso does not act as a real estate broker, agent, intermediary, or party to any transaction. The platform reserves the right to review, edit, approve, or decline listings to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency with platform standards.

2. Payments and Billing

All listings are paid in advance for a twelve-month subscription period unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms. After successful payment, the Client will receive a submission form to provide business details. Listings are published within up to forty-eight hours after payment verification and content review. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client confirms that all submitted materials, including text, logos, images, and links, are accurate, lawful, and owned by the Client or used with proper authorization. The Client agrees to keep listing information up to date throughout the subscription period and remains fully responsible for all content displayed on the listing.

4. Propertiso Rights

Propertiso may edit content, adjust formatting, reassign categories, or remove listings that violate these Terms or platform standards. Inactive or expired listings may be removed after the subscription period ends. Listings containing misleading, unlawful, or harmful content may be suspended or terminated.

5. Refund Policy

Business listings are classified as digital services. Once a listing is published, payments are non-refundable. A listing is considered published when it becomes publicly accessible on the Propertiso platform. Refunds may be issued only in cases of duplicate payments or verified internal publication errors.

6. Listing Duration and Renewal

Listings remain active for the selected subscription period, typically twelve months unless otherwise specified. Clients receive renewal reminders before expiration. Listings do not renew automatically unless the Client explicitly opts in.

7. Content Ownership and License

The Client retains ownership of all submitted materials. By submitting content, the Client grants Propertiso a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and promote the listing on the platform for the duration of the subscription period.

8. Reviews and Moderation

Users may submit reviews related to listed businesses. Propertiso reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that are offensive, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

Propertiso operates solely as an informational directory. The platform does not guarantee inquiries, leads, sales, or performance outcomes. Propertiso is not responsible for interactions, agreements, or disputes between users and listed businesses, nor for the accuracy of information provided by Clients.

10. Privacy and Data

All data is processed in accordance with the Propertiso Privacy Policy. Business information submitted for listings may be displayed publicly. Propertiso may contact Clients regarding listing status, updates, or renewals.

11. Termination

Clients may request removal of their listing at any time. No refunds are issued for early termination. Propertiso may terminate listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Platform Availability and Maintenance

Propertiso aims to provide reliable access to the platform; however, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or external factors. Such interruptions do not entitle Clients to refunds or subscription extensions.

14. Force Majeure

Propertiso shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or hosting outages, cyberattacks, or government actions and regulations.

15. Updates and Changes to Terms

Propertiso may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform or renewal of a listing constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Promotional Use Disclaimer

Propertiso may feature selected listings in newsletters, blog content, social media posts, or other marketing materials. By listing a business, the Client consents to the use of the company name and logo for promotional purposes without additional compensation or prior approval.

17. Third-Party Links and Integrations

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Propertiso does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for their terms or practices.

18. Data Backup and Security

Industry-standard security measures are applied to protect data. However, no system can guarantee complete security of data transmission. Clients are encouraged to retain copies of all submitted materials.

19. Non-Solicitation and Fair Use

Clients agree not to use contact information from other listings for unsolicited marketing, spam, or competitive misuse. Propertiso may restrict access or remove listings that engage in abusive or unfair behavior.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Propertiso regarding business listings. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain in full force and effect.
