Welcome to Propertiso.com – a global real estate directory connecting people and professionals around the world.
These Terms of Service outline the rules for companies, agencies, and professionals (“Client”, “You”) who submit paid listings to appear on our platform (“Propertiso”, “We”, “Us”).
By purchasing or submitting a listing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Service
Propertiso provides an online directory where real estate-related businesses can create a public company profile.
A listing is informational and not a sales or advertising contract.
We reserve the right to review, edit, and publish listings that meet our quality standards.
2. Payments & Billing
- All listings are paid in advance for 6 or 12 months.
- Payment confirms agreement to these Terms.
- After payment, clients receive a submission form.
- Listings are published within 48 hours after verification.
- Payments are processed via secure gateways such as Stripe or PayPal.
3. Client Responsibilities
- You confirm all submitted information (text, logos, images) is accurate, owned by you, and lawful.
- You agree to keep your information updated.
4. Propertiso Rights
- We may edit, decline, or remove listings violating these Terms.
- We may adjust categories or layout for better presentation.
- Inactive or expired listings may be removed after the subscription period ends.
5. Refund Policy
Listings are digital services. Once published, payments are non-refundable.
Refunds apply only for duplicate payments or internal publication errors.
6. Listing Duration & Renewal
- Listings remain active for the selected period (6 or 12 months).
- Renewal reminders are sent before expiration.
- No automatic renewal unless selected.
7. Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of your materials but grant Propertiso a non-exclusive license to display and promote your listing on our platform.
8. Reviews and Moderation
- Users may post reviews.
- Propertiso may moderate or remove reviews that are offensive, false, or inappropriate.
9. Limitation of Liability
Propertiso is an informational directory only.
We do not guarantee inquiries, sales, or performance outcomes.
We are not a party to any transactions between users and listed businesses.
10. Privacy and Data
Data provided is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
Submitted information may be displayed publicly.
We may contact you for account-related updates or renewals.
11. Termination
- You may request listing removal at any time.
- No refunds for early termination.
- We may remove listings violating our policies.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UK law.
Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
13. Platform Availability and Maintenance
We strive to provide reliable access, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or external factors.
Such interruptions do not entitle clients to refunds or extensions.
14. Force Majeure
Propertiso is not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our control, including:
- natural disasters
- internet outages
- cyberattacks
- government actions
15. Updates and Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the platform or renewal of a listing after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Promotional Use Disclaimer
From time to time, Propertiso may feature selected listings in newsletters, social media posts, or marketing campaigns to highlight platform activity.
By listing your business, you consent to the use of your company name and logo in such promotional materials without additional compensation.
17. Third-Party Links and Integrations
Propertiso may contain links to third-party websites or services.
We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for their content, terms, or practices.
Clients and users access third-party links at their own risk.
18. Data Backup and Security
We use industry-standard security measures and regular backups to protect listings and data.
However, we cannot guarantee that data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Clients are encouraged to keep copies of submitted materials.
19. Non-Solicitation and Fair Use
Clients agree not to use contact details from other listings for unsolicited marketing, spam, or competitive purposes.
Propertiso reserves the right to restrict access or remove listings that engage in unfair or abusive behavior.
20. Interpretation and Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Propertiso regarding business listings and supersede any prior verbal or written communication.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections shall remain in full effect.
