Alsoum Real Estate Company was established in 2005 and has specialized from the very beginning in managing all types of properties across the United Arab Emirates. Our operations include comprehensive management of towers, residential and commercial buildings, villas, residential communities, warehouses, showrooms, industrial facilities, office buildings, shopping centers, residential and commercial apartments, as well as inheritance properties, estate assets, and charitable or endowment properties.

We provide a full range of services required for effective property management. We prepare leasing policies and contract terms, create internal regulations that define the rights and responsibilities of both owners and tenants, handle the signing and registration of lease agreements, and assist tenants in dealings with government authorities. We monitor payments, conduct collection activities, oversee legal proceedings, and resolve tenant disputes.

We also manage all maintenance work—both routine and emergency—developing technical inspection plans and preventive maintenance programs. We supervise security operations, train staff in safety procedures, emergency response, evacuation, and fire protection. We maintain the cleanliness of the property, organize cleaning schedules, and oversee janitorial and service companies. Additionally, we provide owners with regular, detailed reports covering all financial, technical, and administrative aspects of the property, while supervising the work of service providers responsible for elevators, air-conditioning systems, safety systems, and other essential installations.
